Academy Ski Trip: Bardonecchia 2017

During half term students from Ruskin, along with pupils from the other Priory Federation Academies, travelled to Bardonecchia, Italy, on the annual ski trip.  The trip was a huge success and the weather conditions for skiing in Italy were great, ranging from snow at the start of the week to bright sunshine by the end of the week.

The group consisted of beginners and those who had skied before but by the end of the holiday the beginners were skiing down from the top of the mountain and had made fantastic progress over the week. The group had a great time, celebrating two ‘milestone’ birthdays, dining out at a traditional pizzeria and enjoying other activities such as ice skating.  Some had such a good time they are already looking forward to the ski trip to Folgaria in 2018.
