Dance students recently attended the ‘Move It’ convention at Olympia in London. They were given a fantastic insight into the professional dance industry through workshops, performances and opportunities to question professionals, including Sky 1’s Got To Dance finalists ‘Duplic8.’ Students explored an array of dance styles and discovered a range of pathways to convert their dance passion into a dance career. Since attending the convention some students have already begun to apply for performance colleges and all have a heightened motivation and confidence to work hard and pursue their dancing dreams.
