Student mental and physical wellbeing is of central importance to us at Ruskin. Our aim is to ensure our students are able to persevere and respond calmly and rationally when they encounter challenges and setbacks. The developing library of resources on these page are designed to support students to continue this development and ‘check in’ with their wellbeing on a regular basis.his page includes resources that will support students to look after their mental wellbeing whilst in lockdown.
